You probably don't feel rich. Rich is the other guy. Rich is having more than you currently have. But you can be rich and not feel it. And that's the problem. Andy Stanley is convinced that most of us are richer than we think. We just aren't very good at it. It's one thing to BE rich. Andy wants us to be GOOD at it!

When I first saw this book I thought you are kidding me Andy did not write a how to get Rich book. 1 Timothy 6:16-17
Well I was asked to review it and I was not real happy about it, you see I am a huge fan of Andy's I did not want to get a bad taste in my month with another unneeded self help book on how to get rich.
I was so wrong, this book is anything but another unneeded self help book about money.
Andy wants us all to know we are all rich and it's not what you have it's what you do with what you have.
He tells us that there are some things that money can't buy. You can't buy the priceless things in life.
He tells us there comes a time when we can't buy hope.
This is a must read book. It is not what you think it is. It's about time we see the whole picture.
Pick up a copy of this small but powerful book. Read the scripture in this book and get ready to change your thinking.
There is a small group DVD study that goes with this book that you need to get as well. It is very helpful as well.
I gave this book 5 stars. I highly recommend this book to anyone who thinks that they are not rich.
I was given a copy of this book by the publisher for my honest review.

ReplyDeleteOh my goodness! I love Andy Stanley's books plus his DVD's! Our adult Sunday School class has been through, "Faith, Hope, and Luck: Discover What You Can Expect from God." Right now we are doing his book and DVD on, "Twisting the Truth: Learning to Discern in a Culture of Deception." Our whole class just loves listening to him. We've had some great discussions after watching each session so far.
