Sleigh Bells Ring By Sandra Bricker, Lynette Sowell, Lenora Worth GIVEAWAY!

Never mind a pony. The Tucker girls have inherited their father's horse farm for Christmas. Make that a run-down horse farm. It needs some serious TLC in order to make it sell-ready. Joanna knows that by recruiting her sisters and one handsome ranch hand they can fix up the place and even celebrate one last Christmas while they're at it. However, to Isabella, returning to their home in Kentucky bluegrass country for Christmas seems like an impossible hurdle. Can her Chicago boyfriend make life merry and bright again?

One thing's for sure: nothing is peace on earth for Sophia as a new beau brings up old wounds. And when the fate of the horse farm is put in jeopardy because Amy accidentally fraternizes with the enemy, tensions rise. But it's not like the land developer stole Christmas . . . just her heart.

Can the Tucker sisters have themselves a merry little Christmas?

A Promise of Grace By Lynette Sowell

Rochelle Keim has lived in Pinecraft for almost twenty years among her Mennonite brethren and the Amish of Sarasota. Unlike the snowbirds who visit Pinecraft from the north, Rochelle is a year-round resident of the unique Plain community. She’s quiet, content, and keenly adept at keeping her past firmly tucked away. Feeling unsettled as she nears her fortieth birthday, she decides to return to nursing school, a dream she gave up long ago during a painful time she dares not remember. Her past decides to make itself present when Silas Fry, Rochelle’s former love, moves to Pinecraft. Silas spent the past two decades working as a missionary pilot, but that all changed with the sudden loss of his wife, Belinda—Rochelle’s childhood best friend. Now both Rochelle and Silas are on a collision course with their past, and the reunited couple must decide if they’re trying to resurrect a dead romance, or if the two very different people whose paths have crossed can make a new life together.

This was by far my favorite of the three books I have read in the Seasons of  Pinecraft series so far.
Rochelle and Silas were so easy to love. I love how the whole story played out.
Some of the past Characters make an appearance in this book and it was good to get to spend time with them again.
I never wanted to see this book end but from what I can tell there will be another book, I need a little bit of closure.
I of course loving this series so much, I gave this book 5 stars. And I recommend this book as well as the whole series.
I was given a copy of this book by the publisher for my honest review.

A Path Made Plain By Lynette Sowell

Betsy Yoder lives with her great aunt in Sarasota’s Pinecraft neighborhood, far from her family in Ohio. Heartbroken by a man who left her—and the Order—to marry someone else, Betsy instead pours her time and energy into her bakery, offering the village of Pinecraft delicious desserts from her Amish heritage, and is content in her hard-working yet peaceful life.

Enter the formerly Amish Thaddeus Zook, a pastry chef who has moved to Pinecraft after working in restaurants among the Englisch. While Betsy nurses a hesitant heart, Thaddeus shows a similar hesitancy about rejoining an Amish community. Though neither can deny the attraction between them, Thaddeus is hiding a past that could threaten their future together. Betsy has lost one love already; dare she risk loving another who has adopt Englisch ways? Or will Thad listen to the call of the open road and move on again . . . without the love of his life?

Amish romance with a touch of suspense, what more could we ask for!
This is book number two in the Seasons of Pinecraft series and it was fantastic.
I was captivated from the first chapter to the last. Lynette has the readers on the edge of their seats and the way she portrays the Amish community is like no other.
I was pulling for Betsy and Thad until the very end. I loved the pie eating contest and all of the attention to detail.
This is not a book or author to be missed. This would make a fantastic Christmas gift for the reader on your list!
I have to say this is a 5 star book and I highly recommend this read.

A Season of Change By Lynette Sowell

Can a past filled with loss lead to a new season of life? Stranded at a Sarasota hospital at the bedside of his ailing daughter, Amish widower Jacob Miller is wary of his unfamiliar surroundings—including the strange curiosity of Englischer Natalie Bennett. Natalie, an aerial silks artist whose career in the circus ended before it began, has just uncovered a secret her mother kept hidden for years. Her mom—or rather, mamm—was once Amish. A hundred questions suddenly surface. Why did Natalie’s mother keep this secret for so long? Does Natalie still have Amish relatives? How can she learn more about her heritage? Can Jacob trust Natalie’s piqued interest in his family and their simple ways, or will their clashing cultures thwart their hopes for finding the love of a family?

I LOVED THIS BOOK!
What a fresh voice in the Amish fiction genre. Amish romance at it's best.
Two different worlds wove together like nothing I have every read before.
Sowell has written an Amish story like no other. I could not put this book once I  opened it and started reading.
I fell in love with Natalie and Jacob. I could not wait to see how their story would end.
Jacobs kids were so easy to love as well.
I can not wait for Sowell's next book in the Seasons of Pinecraft series.
I gave this book 5 stars. I highly recommend this book and this author.

Tempest's Course By Lynette Sowell GIVEAWAY!

Kelly Frost, a textiles conservator, is invited to the Massachusetts coastal city of New Bedford to restore a 150-year-old Mariner's Compass quilt. But there is one stipulation: she must live and work in Gray House, a former whaling captain's home, where the quilt is stored. There she meets Army veteran Tom Pereira, the caretaker of Gray House, whose heart seems as hard as the rocky Massachusetts coastline. Over the long-lit months as Kelly works to restore the quilt, she and Tom grow closer. And as she reads stories in a daily journal penned by Mary Gray, she learns the secrets of the quilt and Mary's own sad tale of regret. Then Tom learns secrets of his own family's past, and both Tom and Kelly learn they are tied to Gray House in ways they never imagined.

I was not a fan of the character  Kelly. I would have liked for her to be more of an overcomer.
I did really enjoy the wonderful quilt restoration in the story.I have really enjoyed most of the Quilts of Love series books and this one is one that I think most of you will enjoy as well.
I gave this book 4 stars.
