My Thoughts....

This book really doesn't read as a standalone, be sure to read the first tow books before this one. What a mess Rosa and Anthony are in. 

This book had a little bit too much repetition it made it drag on. Edit it out and the story would have been better.

My Thoughts...

This is book two in the Mifflin County Mystery series. It takes off right where the Protector left us. So, I recommend reading them both. This is a good mystery series and one with lots of love and hope shining through.

My Thoughts....                                                                                                     I have all three of these devotionals and they are great. My thoughts...

All while reading The Protector, I was wondering who wrote it. Not Brunstetter the writing is much different than her hundreds of other books. It was so over detailed at times. And the character development was way off.
Maybe Shes retiring and giving her name to another author, just my thoughts.

When you buy this book make sure if you read only one of the novellas that it is The Beach Ball by Jean Brunstetter. It was by far the best one of the four. Great characters and storyline.

My Thoughts...                                                                                                  This is such a nice devotional. It would be a great parring with your Bible reading each day.  The Scripture index in the back of the book is so helpful you can just go straight to the scripture in your Bible. My Thoughts..

I love this series the Prayer Jars.  I was not really sure about Sara and Brad. I was not sure about Michelle either. It took some reading and thinking but in the end I liked all three of them.
I even cried at one point in the book. So you know it was a good one. I can't wait for the next book in this series. The Healing Jar will be just a good as the first two I bet.
I gave this book 4 stars. I recommend reading the series but  The Forgiving Jar can be read as a stand alone.

My Thoughts...

This is one I have read before but it has been added to, it continues the story of Little Fawn and I loved it. So even if you have read it before you will want to read the Collectors edition copy with the story added to it. It is not Brunstetter's normal genre this one is historical and she does it so well.
This is a 4 star book that you should check out and maybe like me devour it in one sitting.

Are you ready for a sweet Christmas story? It is a very fast read. and I will say it again great authors should NOT write novellas. They end just way to fast for me. I never get enough.
Wanda can write any genre and do it with such class and so much knowledge.
You should give this 4 star Christmas novella to someone you love this Christmas.

The Prayer Jars is Brunstetter's new series. Oh and let me tell you it is going to be her best series to date I think.
The Hope Jar was my favorite of ALL of her books. It was not preachy and it was not about perfect Amish people.
It was so intriguing and characters  and plot   were spot on. You are going to read this one in one sitting. So don't worry  about cooking or cleaning once you start this book.
I look forward to the next book The Forgiving Jar in the series.
You are going to love the recipes in the m back of this book.

My Thoughts...

This whole series was good and I enjoyed all three books. But I must say I think that The Celebration was my favorite of the three.
I found the love and the heart of the kitchen and the kids so much fun.
I did have an issue with the smart acting kids and I know kids are disrespectful at times. One particular kid had me screaming.
I loved whole series  and how the whole story played out.
I gave this book 4 stars. I recommend the whole series . While this book can be a stand alone. If it were me I would read the whole series. You are sure to enjoy it.
