Step By Step is the second book in the Crisis Team series. This book does not disappoint. Step By Step is a step up from the first book of the series. I really enjoyed reading this book and could not put it down once I started reading it. I loved the characters Taylor and Seth. They were developed very well and I loved the romantic tension between the two. The book also deals with forgiveness and healing after loss. You will enjoy this book when you read it. If the medical field is something that is intriguing to you then you will love it even more.

The only negative  thing that I can write about the book is Scott uses different Bible translations throughout the book. I am partial to the King James version Bible.
