Living Without Worry By Timothy Lane

Worry is an extremely common yet unchallenged problem, and many people don't know how to practically stop worrying, even if they know they need to. This warm and pastoral book by Tim Lane helps readers to see when godly concern turns into sinful worry, and how scripture can be used to cast our concerns upon the Lord. Christians will discover how to replace anxiety with peace, freeing them to live life to the full.

I don't know anyone in my circle of friends that does not have trouble with worrying. We all do it. This book has some practical ways to help you with worry.
I would love to say that after reading Timothy's book I no longer worry but that would be a lie. I think that saying "Do Not Worry" is something that is easy to say but very hard to do. If we could all learn to just trust Jesus and let the worry go away we would be much happier but this is something that will take much practice and lots of trust .
This is a good book full of great advice it is just very hard to change over night.
I gave this book 4 stars.
I was given a copy of this book by Wynn Wynn Media for my honest review.

  2. Worring is something we all need to learn not to do. Sounds like I have a book to buy.
