Dancing Through Life By Candace Cameron Bure

If you read just one book this year PLEASE let it be this book!

Candace Cameron Bure has grown up before our eyes and we've watched as she's balanced life in Hollywood with her faith for many years. But that all reached new heights when she was given the opportunity to join the cast of Dancing With the Stars. Being on the show was one of her dreams come true; and with that dream came the opportunity to display her Christian faith in front of millions of people, through an intense season of stretching beyond her limits, and to run the race God gave her with joy and perseverance.

Join Candace as she reflects on the self-discovery that came through leaping out of her comfort zone. Go behind the scenes and experience the highs and lows, the roadblocks, and the personal victories. Hear straight from her heart on tough lessons learned about grace, rejection, perfectionism, disappointment, accountability, dealing with criticism, and more. Through God’s strength, and with the help of endless support from her family and friends, see how Candace stayed true to herself and publicly lived out her faith in Christ all the way to the finale.

How do you stand with conviction in your world? Where does your courage come from when faced with challenges? How do you live out your faith on a daily basis despite opposition? Your stage probably isn't in Hollywood and the challenges you are facing may not be on live television, but they are no less real. Come along with Candace as she shares how she found the courage to stand with conviction on one of the largest platforms of her life.

You must pickup a copy...

Candace Cameron Bure, actress, producer, New York Times' bestselling author, inspirational speaker, and Dancing With The Stars Season 18 finalist, is both outspoken and passionate about her family and faith. Known to millions worldwide from her role as "D.J. Tanner" on the iconic family sitcom, "Full House," Candace continues to flourish in the entertainment industry as role model to women of all ages. She lives in the Los Angeles area with her husband and three children.

Candace is the "Salt" and "Light" this world needs at such a time as this.
A mentor you want your daughters and granddaughters to look up to and mimic.
She tells her story of how she made it on Dancing with the Stars and kept it real with out losing her courage or her convictions . She gives some examples of stories in the Bible to go along with what she was going through.
This was just a real look into the behind stage Candace and how she really carries herself in life.
I loved every page and I HIGHLY recommend this book, you can read it in one evening and you will be smiling until the very end, you will feel so inspired after you read this book. The Lord's hands are all over this book!
I gave this book 5 stars two times.

  5. I, too, have grown up watching Candace on Full House. I have also followed her after the show. I watched every episode of Dancing with the Stars and was so proud of her every time she brought up God, her faith, and her strong beliefs. I didn't read her first book, but I know I would love this book.

  7. As a youth leader modesty is something that constantly comes up with my ladies. I have longed to have someone that is modest that the girls can connect to. I am going to buy Candace's book and have them read it. I believe they will connect and get it.

  9. I watched Candace on full house and it's like I grew up with her as a Tanner. It's awesome to see that she didn't let hollywood influence her like it did many other childhood stars. I will read this book and take in every word and scripture. Thank you Mary for sharing and a thank you to Candace in advance for writing it. I'm sure it's going to be awesome.

  10. I love Candace. She has grown into a very strong christian woman. I love that she stands up for her faith even when it is not popular. We can never fully know the backlash that she endured on dancing with the stars because we aren't known by as many people as she is. I will be buying a couple of copies, one for my wife one for my daughter. That way they won't fight over it. Thank you Mary I had no idea that she had a new book out.
