This was a bit different from the normal Amish book. It is a bit of Historical Fiction and Amish mixed.
I was intrigued by it just the same. I loved the different issues in this story, a deaf child, and gambling.
This was the first book I have read by new author Younts, but it will not be the last.
This is a very easy read in fact you will read it in one sitting, its just that entertaining. It seems that we are ready for something new in the Amish genre and you get it with this book.
I gave this book 4 stars and I recommend it.
I was given a copy of this book by Wynn Wynn Media for my honest review.
