New York Times bestselling author, Wanda E. Brunstetter became fascinated with the Amish way of life when she first visited her husband's Mennonite relatives living in Pennsylvania. Wanda and her husband, Richard, live in Washington State but take every opportunity to visit Amish settlements throughout the States, where they have several Amish friends.

After three of these little books still not sure about them. We all know that when we start one of Wanda's books we are going to love them she does not know how to write a bad book but with that being said, I do not like to read 8 chapters be left hanging and have to wait for a month to read the next 8 chapters. I like to read the whole book  all at one time.
You do not want to miss book three in the Discovery series. It was so good to get back to Luke and Meredith's story.
I guess I have to wait another month to read some more of this 5 star series.

I was given a copy of this book by the publisher

  4. Wonderful review, Mary. I agree with you that Wanda doesn't disappoint. I'm hoping, however, that these books will be published in one unit. I'm not a fan of the "chapter" or "installment" books. When I get into a book I want it in its entirety. Thanks for sharing as always!

  7. While I prefer to read an entire book rather than waiting around in between releases, I would rather read a good Amish story this way than most popular fiction available today...

I would like to win this book!

  9. I just ordered this, so please give someone else a chance in the drawing. I enjoy Wanda's books but never want to read a serialized book again. Hope this trend doesn't catch on. As always thank you. Blessings, Susan Fryman
