Interview with Sean Douglas

What is the hardest decision you've ever had to make? This book will help people without a purpose, or a why, who needs the motivation to realize their dreams and to live their best life possible. Its unique advantage is that it is based on the author's actual life experiences. Learn the negative consequences of decisions, the wreckage caused, and discover the power that is needed to bounce back. This book will inspire the uninspired and give hope to those who are battling everyday to "stay above water" in their own lives. Everyone handles adversity differently. The key is to not just go through, but to grow through, every adversity. You, the reader, will learn about living with domestic violence, addiction, hitting rock bottom, suicide, surrendering to Christ, resilience, and the power to overcome self-defeating behaviors. After reading this book, you will be inspired for change and will be moved to help someone else through their own adversity. You never know who's battling and struggling.

Welcome Sean...

1.) What is the most important thing you hope readers will take away from reading Decisions?  *.That you have the power to make the decision that this isn't how your story ends, and you were destined for greatness

2.) What sparked your decision to journey down the path of writing Decisions?  **God put it in my heart that it was time to tell my story.

3 )How does your faith play in your writing?  **It depends on if God is the subject of my writing or not, but he's always #1 in my life.

4.) Explain in Detail What a Certified Master Resilience Trainer is.  **As a Master Resilience Trainer I teach Mental, Physical, Social, and Spiritual Resilience Skills that empowers you to withstand, recover, and grow through the adversity, stress, and life's changing demands. I went to school to learn the science of cognitive behavior and Resilience principles.

5.)Tell us a little bit about your radio show.
**My LIVE online radio show called Life Transformation Radio is all about our WHY, our transformation from where we were to what we are doing now to impact everyone around us, and what influenced that transformation. It is live every Wednesday at 530pm EST, and the 1st and 3rd Fridays at 530pm EST. Listen to each episode at www.blogtalkradio.com/ LifeTransformationRadio

6.)Shawn, Tell us about your ever growing family.  **My son Gaven is 14, Daughters Anastasia is 10 and Makenzie is 3, and we have one on the way that should be born in September.

7.) If you were granted one wish what would you wish for and why?  **I wish that I would have the opportunity to influence millions, or make a positive impact difference in lives of millions of people.

8.) If you could go any where in the world that you have not been, where would you go and why there?  **My dream is to go to Australia and see kangaroos and hold a Koala Bear.

9.) Besides your family, being in the Air Force, and writing this book, what accomplishment are you most proud of?  **I'm proud that I not only had the courage to tell my story but use it as a vehicle to influence other people who are struggling, and I had the courage to make it through my own hell.

10.) What has been your one problem that has been your greatest roadblock and how did you overcome it?  **My greatest problem is that I count everyone else's blessings, and become jealous.  To combat that, I start counting my own blessings and find opportunities to create even more moments out of my blessings.
